I’m recruiting for a growing aviation recruitment firm that’s looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join their high-performing internal sales team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in one of the world’s most exciting industries, with full training and a clearly mapped path to a six-figure career.
You'll be helping to connect top global aviation companies with leading talent. You’ll identify and reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and sell bespoke recruitment solutions that directly impact the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Identifying and qualifying warm and cold leads
- Selling recruitment services to airlines, MROs, OEMs, and aviation service providers
- Booking meetings and negotiating contract terms
- Building strong relationships with key industry contacts
- Attending networking events and conferences (occasional international travel included)
- £27,000+ starting salary with a structured pay progression system
- Uncapped commission
- Hybrid working – 2-3 days from home weekly
- Flexible start/finish times
- 23 days holiday (plus birthday off & charity day) – increasing over time
- Ongoing training, mentorship, and development with a clear route to Senior Consultant
