AV Commissioning Engineer Salary: £55,000 Location: London Area (Accessible to M25) Are you an experienced Audio Visual Commissioning Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Alecto Recruitment are working with a leading company in the AV/VC industry. Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their team. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects to clients. Responsibilities: Take ownership and responsibility for commissioning, debugging, and as-built stages of project delivery and system design. Conduct pre-staging of racks and pre-built systems, ensuring the completion of pre-stage checklists. Stay up to date with product ranges and maintain competence in set up and configuration. Collaborate with the Technical Manager on Crestron Control programming and Audio DSP Programming. Liaise with clients regarding network-based technologies and associated implications. Provide training to end users/clients and facilitate handover to the Service Team. Offer technical guidance and support to junior team members and subcontractors. Complete commissioning audits, identify and address snags or defects, and create action logs. Document changes to systems and collaborate with the Project Manager and Design Manager for “As Built” drawings. Provide product guidance and specifications to the Sales & Design teams as required. Offer second-line technical support to the Service team when necessary. Requirements: Valid certifications in QSC, Biamp, Crestron, Lightware, Shure, Sennheiser, and Dante. Optional certifications such as CTS/CTS-I, Avixa AV related training, Microsoft MTR, and network-specific training are advantageous. What We Offer: Salary up to £55,000 Overtime scheme available.
