Audio Visual Support Technician Location: Dublin Rate: €400 per day We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will provide BAU support across a range of AV systems, ensuring seamless technical support for internal meetings and events. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality AV services. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and supporting video conferencing platforms such as Cisco Webex and Zoom Rooms, as well as ensuring Crestron control systems are fully operational. You'll also manage QSC audio processors to guarantee optimal sound quality during events. Working closely with event planners and technical teams, you'll troubleshoot live issues quickly and efficiently to minimize disruption. Key Skills Required: Strong experience in AV support Knowledge of video conferencing systems such as Cisco Webex and Zoom Rooms Familiarity with Crestron control systems and QSC audio processors Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
