An exciting opportunity has become available to join a leading design consultancy known for creating elevated, experience-led environments across the hospitality and luxury Interiors sectors. With a reputation for delivering exceptional spaces that blend operational functionality with design excellence, our work spans across hotels, spas, cruise ships, and bespoke hospitality experiences.
This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Interior Designer, Associate Interior Designer or Design Development Specialist with proven experience in the hospitality sector and confident using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and FF&E specification tools.

Office: Cheapside, London-based studio
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (hybrid working available)
Duties:
- Develop design concepts (Stage 3) into fully resolved interior design packages
- Interpret and elevate client-provided concepts into detailed design intent
- Work closely with FF&E, materials, finishes, and bespoke joinery elements
- Integrate operational and functional requirements into the design (e.g. back-of-house needs)
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project handover
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain design quality and intent
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in interior design
- Degree Qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Excellent design development skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in Luxury Hospitality projects (Hotels, F&B, Cruise Ship, Leisure & Resorts)
- Confident working from concept, through to detailed Stage 3 packages
- Strong knowledge of FF&E, materials, and finishes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and FF&E specification software
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end hospitality projects
