Job Title: Interim Asset Manager Location: South East England Duration: 6 – 9 Months About the Role: We are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Interim Asset Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role is crucial in delivering capital programmes and ensuring the effective management of housing stock. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the delivery of a five-year programme and annual capital programme. * Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Manage supply chains to support programme delivery. * Prepare detailed reports for senior management. * Implement strategies to improve the Decent Homes target (currently at 96% compliance). * Identify and manage risks associated with the delivery team, ensuring accountability. Requirements: * Proven experience in asset management, particularly within the housing sector or similar fields. * Strong project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects successfully. * Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior management and liaising with stakeholders. * Ability to manage supply chains effectively.
