Our client is a UKAS accredited Asbestos firm with client contracts across the UK and a growing workforce. They are seeking a hardworking Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover sites in the North West of England, completing the full range of Asbestos Surveys as well as 4 Stage Clearances and Air Monitoring. The company offers comprehensive asbestos management services to their clients and can offer great further training into other areas of the business for candidates. Salaries are competitive and are paired with a great benefits package.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Will be qualified with the P402, P403, P404 (BOHS or RSPH equivalents)
- Must have a strong history working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst for a UKAS accredited company
- Excellent industry knowledge and understanding of UKAS, HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
- Good literacy and IT skills
- Strong client-facing skills and confident discussing technical issues in detail
- Happy to travel when needed
The Role:
- Completing Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys across Domestic, Commercial and Local Authority client sites
- Conducting re-inspection surveys
- Undertaking 4 Stage Clearances as well as personal, leak, reassurance and background air monitoring
- Monitoring safety and compliance within teams of site operatives
- Writing comprehensive survey and analytical reports for clients
- Collecting ACM samples from sites whilst adhering to health & safety / industry guidelines
- Meeting with clients to discuss survey findings and provide recommendations
