Based out of Northallerton (DL6 2NA) – Covering surrounding areas including Bishop Auckland, Thirsk, Yorkshire Dales, Whitby, and more.

Salary: Up to £45,000 base + Commission

Hours: Monday – Friday (1 office day, 3 days on the road, 1 admin day from home)

The Role:

  • 65% Account Growth / 35% New Business Development
  • Selling into construction companies, builders' merchants, joiners, and similar sectors
  • Developing strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new opportunities

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within construction supplies, building materials, or a related industry
  • A results-driven approach with a passion for business development and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently, managing your own diary and sales pipeline
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
