We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Export Coordinator to manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and time-sensitive shipments within a fast-paced Freight Forwarding environment. You will handle air and road exports, process crucial documentation, and liaise with airlines and transport providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle export shipments based on customer requests (telephone/email)
  • Oversee AOG and urgent shipments, ensuring timely processing
  • Collate and process essential export documentation, including airway bills, customs formalities, and security procedures
  • Ensure airway bills are completed accurately, following customer instructions and IATA/airline regulations
  • Manage customs documentation, including IPR, OPR, and export licenses
  • Process pre-alerts, post-flight reports, and cross-trade movements
  • Provide accurate quotations for export services
  • Liaise with airlines, transport providers, and handle transport requests
  • Use Boxtop, e-Customs/CDS, and Microsoft Office to support daily tasks
