The role is due to new piece of technology and ways of working being introduced. The role: Coach and mentor individuals, teams, and leadership on agile best practices Drive scaled agile adoption and embed SAFe principles across the organisation Champion a culture of continuous improvement using data and metrics Influence enterprise-wide agile transformation and delivery excellenceYour experience Experience as an Agile Coach in a software delivery environment Agile certifications such as (SAFe SPC, CSM, ICAgile, etc.) Deep experience in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Strong communicator, motivator, and agile change agent Ability to communicate across all levels of the organisationThis is a flexible, people-first organisation, and if you are passionate about agile change – please apply.
