Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading organisation based within the Borehamwood area, looking for an Adjudicator to join their expanding team. This is a newly created position due to growth within the business, and this opportunity would suit someone who has experience within dispute resolution or a legal background. Being able to put together a well-written letter is key for this position, so strong written English skills are a must.
Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working after training
Some of the duties will include:
- Adjudicate on disputes between members, landlords and tenants
- Consider all of the evidence available with a view to making a reasonable decision
- Upload a copy of the decision document
- Handle a set number of cases
- Proactively support and advise case assessors in their assessment of a dispute
- Assist with processing adjudication payments and administration
- Act as a source of knowledge on technical issues regarding disputes where required
- Able to work independently and undertake research for writing case studies

- Previous experience within a legal or ADR environment
- Strong analytical skills
- A high level of written English
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- The ability to work independently
- Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
