Accounts Receivable Specialist

A diligent Accounts Receivable Specialist is required to help maintain financial efficiency within a not-for-profit organisation. The individual will have a significant impact on the smooth running of the Accounting & Finance department. Client Details Our client is a medium-sized charitable organisation based in London. They are devoted to bettering lives and are well-respected within the not-for-profit industry. Description Manage daily processing activities – ensuring that money shown as received on CRM systems agrees with actual monies received. Resolving any invoice discrepancies. Gift aid – along with the manager, put together and check gift aid claims. Answer internal gift aid queries.. Control the 24 hour coding system – Working with the Customer Services team; release income batches as appropriate. Reconcile the batches outstanding to the income suspense account Maintain the income suspense account reconciliations Assisting the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as required.Profile A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have: A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Offer An estimated hourly salary range of £17- £21.
