Hours: 9am - 5:30 pm Monday – Friday

Due to expansion, an exciting position has become available for a Commercial Account Executive to join our friendly and professional team. Key responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact, addressing client inquiries, needs, and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand business objectives and provide value-added solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
    • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
    • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing products or services.
    • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Account Growth and Upselling:
    • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive additional revenue.
    • Develop customized strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Strong B2B or Commercial sales experience. We will consider someone with 2 or more years personal lines or commercial insurance experience (Training can be provided for the right candidate).
    • GCSE including Maths (Min 4/C).
    • Previous sales experience.
