Join the Office of the Chief Investment Officer at Point72, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the tools and resources available to our fundamental equities investment teams. Led by co-CIO Harry Schwefel, this team supports the development of investment professionals, portfolio construction, and liquidity groups. Your contributions will help advance the firm's investment strategies and processes.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with investment professionals to improve team infrastructure and processes using company tools.
  • Work closely with senior management and technical product managers to create a strategic product roadmap.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to help investment professionals integrate firm platform capabilities into their research.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify challenges and guide platform development.
  • Establish metrics for tracking adoption, usage, and impact, using data insights for ongoing improvements.
  • Promote firm platforms, encouraging creativity and process innovation within investment teams.
  • Communicate user needs to internal and external partners, including senior leadership.
  • Present complex issues clearly across different formats.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in product management, strategy, equity research, sales & trading, or a similar field.
  • Deep understanding of investment research workflows and the key factors in an equity investor's decision-making process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with investment professionals and engage stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to use data for decision-making and measuring initiative impact.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution to achieve significant results.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and a drive for innovation in a dynamic environment.
