We are hiring Field Sales Representatives to join a fast‐growing UK retail supplier, working across convenience stores and forecourts. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with FMCG / retail field sales or merchandising experience who enjoy being out in the field, building relationships and growing accounts. This is NOT a high‐pressure sales role — it’s about account management, merchandising, and relationship building.
Locations: West Midlands | Swindon | Devon/Exeter | Slough/Watford
Compensation: Up to £40,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + Bonus
What you’ll be doing:
- Visiting convenience stores & forecourts across your territory
- Managing stock, rotating products & handling returns
- Ensuring displays are clean, stocked & well presented
- Building strong relationships with store owners
- Identifying opportunities to grow each account
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Field Sales / Merchandising / Retail
- Background with companies like McCurrach, CPM, Bobby’s Foods (highly desirable)
- Comfortable working in a field‐based role
- Full UK driving licence & happy to drive a company van
- Strong communication & self‐management skills
