We\’re working with a fast-growing business in the
travel & online booking industry
that is scaling aggressively across multiple digital products, including car hire, hotels, experiences, and an upcoming mobile app and loyalty platform.
They are looking for an
In-House PPC Manager
to take full ownership of paid search strategy, driving profitable growth across both established and newly launched markets.
The Role
- Own and manage PPC campaigns across
Google Ads, Bing Ads
, and related platforms - Build, test, and optimise bidding and acquisition strategies focused on ROI
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimisation
- Analyse performance using
GA4 and analytics tools
to generate actionable insights - Collaborate closely with internal marketing, data, and product teams
What They\’re Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience in PPC (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms
- Data-driven mindset with experience scaling profitable campaigns
- Travel, e-commerce, or high-volume transactional experience is a plus
- Experience converting paid traffic into bookings at positive ROI is highly desirable
