We’re hiring Field Sales Representatives to join a fast‑growing UK retail supplier, working across convenience stores and forecourts. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with FMCG / retail field sales or merchandising experience who enjoy being out in the field, building relationships and growing accounts. This is NOT a high‑pressure sales role — it’s about account management, merchandising, and relationship building.

Locations: West Midlands | Swindon | Devon/Exeter | Slough/Watford

Compensation: Up to £40,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + Bonus

What you’ll be doing:

  • Visiting convenience stores & forecourts across your territory
  • Managing stock, rotating products & handling returns
  • Ensuring displays are clean, stocked & well presented
  • Building strong relationships with store owners
  • Identifying opportunities to grow each account

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Field Sales / Merchandising / Retail
  • Background with companies like McCurrach, CPM, Bobby’s Foods (highly desirable)
  • Comfortable working in a field‑based role
  • Full UK driving licence & happy to drive a company van
  • Strong communication & self‑management skills
