£24,999.00 (Equivalent of £12.84 per hour) Full Time - permanent 37.5 hrs a week. Be the voice of our business, ensuring that you deliver multi award-winning customer service to new and existing customers in our own innovative way.

Schedule: Various shifts Monday – Friday Between 7am and 6pm. Currently 1 in 3 Saturdays and 1 in 5 Sundays.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- An ability to use initiative and have attention to detail.
- Be able to demonstrate an aptitude for resolving customer challenges & delivering a positive outcome.
- Knowledge of, or experience of a Customer Service and sales is desirable.
Experience:
- Experience gained in a Customer service environment would be fantastic, however if you are confident you possess the skills & behaviours to deliver a great service, that is all you need.
- You’ll need a good standard of IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Efficient keying skills are a strong advantage.
- Product knowledge is not essential as you’ll receive top notch training, have the support from our wider team, and excellent tools to help you through your shift. That said; a passion, interest or experience in Food produce would be a great start.

Ability to commute/relocate: Must be able to get to Bishop Sutton without relying on public transport.
