Job Description Paraplanner (home based), The Role: I am recruiting a Paraplanner on behalf of Paradigm Norton, an award-winning financial planning firm. Working in Paradigm Norton’s Financial Planning hub, this is a remote (home based) role where you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy while still benefitting from the highest level of training, support and personal development. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to provide remote financial planning support while still be closely involved in the client experience. The successful Paraplanner will collaborate with a variety of Client Managers (Advisers), working together to build and implement financial planning solutions to meet a variety of client needs and personal goals. Paraplanner, responsibilities will include: Producing high-quality client recommendations, covering a wide range of financial planning areas including pensions, investments, estate planning and protection. Undertaking technical research and analysis for existing and new investment portfolios. Contributing to the development of best practice within the Financial Planning Team. Continuing your personal and professional development, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislation, investments, and technology. Paraplanner, Skills and Experience: Diploma qualified (Dip PFS or equivalent) or keen to learn and studying for the Diploma in Financial Planning. An understanding of all areas of financial planning.
