The Role: I am recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor (Senior Building Surveyor) on behalf of Easton Bevins, a progressive and ambitious Property Consultancy. Easton Bevins has been established in Bristol for nearly 40 years, and their ongoing success and reputation for technical and service excellence has resulted in the opening of offices in London, Cardiff, Birmingham and Manchester. Working in the North Bristol office (BS32), alongside a team of 10 Surveyors, the Senior Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to mentor less experienced team members (Graduates/Interns), working for a wide variety of clients, assessing and providing technical advice on a diverse range of interesting projects (commercial, retail, high-rise developments, high-end residential, design specifications, refurbishments, fire remediation, cladding replacements, dilapidations, party wall and roofing projects etc.). There will also be the opportunity to get involved in Expert Witness work.
Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest. Easton Bevins are not a tick-box firm; their work requires independent thought and critical thinking, and the successful Senior Building Surveyor will enjoy the responsibility and autonomy to make a marked contribution to an expanding business, where your contribution is recognised and valued and where your career will progress accordingly.
