The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager to formalise, build and enhance client and supplier relationships, drive process improvements and oversee and develop key business operations. Working closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager the successful Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for devising and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen client and supplier relationships, developing and commercialising the high-quality service provided to both existing and new clients, which will lead to increased revenue and help to drive future business growth. The Client Relationship Manager will also be responsible for identifying and implementing operational process improvements and for overseeing key administrative areas within the business. Salary and Benefits: £35-45,000 (dependant on experience) + performance related bonus + continued professional development (with the appropriate financial support) + free on-site parking + 22 days holiday + 1 additional day for each year of service up to 25 days + bank holidays + 8% employers’ pension + laptop etc. This is a full-time, office-based role, but we are happy to consider flexible/hybrid working for the right person. They are known for providing expert, honest, proactive and cost-effective IT support and advice, and deliver a range of services for clients of all sizes, from ad hoc emergency support to fully managed support contracts. They are based in Leeds City Centre (LS11), 10 minutes’ walk from Leeds City Station with free on-site parking. IT sector experience is not essential for this role. Client Relationship Manager, responsibilities: * Develop client relationships and service offering: Act as a key point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing client projects and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams to guarantee the successful delivery of services. * Evolve commercial offering: Work with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager to review commercial terms, develop the service value proposition and identify opportunities for increased client interaction and revenue growth. * Develop relationships with suppliers and vendors: Ensure the timely sourcing and delivery of equipment and services, negotiating pricing and terms which align with company values and client requirements and overseeing supplier compliance to agreed standards. * Operational process improvements: Oversee business processes and identify, develop, document and implement process improvements to enhance team and business performance. * Team Leadership: Support the Finance Administrator and Business Support Assistant to ensure they are achieving success in their roles, and support with team development and recruitment in response to business growth. * Additional projects and responsibilities: as required in an expanding SME (contribute to marketing and business development activities, project management etc.) Client Relationship Manager, skills and experience: * A track record of success gained in a client facing Client Relationship/Customer Service/Account Management (or similar) role. * A strong relationship builder, skilled at building rapport with a proven ability to build and maintain excellent client, supplier and team relationships. * Proactive and adaptable to change in a fast-paced client-driven environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and experience in identifying and implementing process improvements. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Highly organised, with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities.
