What You’ll Do:- Lead and develop a team of 60–100, including four direct reports
- Drive performance and efficiency through clear KPIs and team engagement
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban)
- Manage budget and cost control across your shift
- Ensure site structure and process alignment for optimal output
- Uphold the highest standards in health & safety and quality compliance
- Proven leadership in high-risk, chilled food manufacturing
- Experience in FMCG environments with a passion for continuous improvement
