About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to support a fast-paced food manufacturing site during a key project phase. This role requires someone who is highly organised, systems driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and optimise daily/weekly production schedules
- Analyse capacity and materials availability to ensure efficient planning
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, technical, and QA teams
- Support continuous improvement and planning system enhancements
- Provide accurate scheduling data and updates to stakeholders
Essential Skills & Experience
- Preactor
- Advanced Excel (super-user level)
- Production planning experience within food manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Able to work under pressure in a high speed factory environment
Desirable
- SAP experience (advantageous)
- Experience working on short-term planning improvement projects
