Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) NO WEEKENDS

Location: Commutable from Milton Keynes, Northampton, Luton, Dunstable, Bedford, Wellingborough

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 shift pattern

Monday to Thursday:

  • One week day shift, 6am to 6pm
  • One week night shift, 6pm to 6am

Overtime available on a Friday

About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a stable and growing manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out both electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of production equipment, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging machinery
  • Breakdown Response: React promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain production flow
  • PPM Activities: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance
  • Technical Involvement: Engage in root cause analysis and continuous improvement; experience with PLCs is a bonus
