Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Milton Keynes, Salary: £50,000 – £55,000

We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a stable and growing manufacturing company at a new site in Milton Keynes.

The Role – Maintenance Engineer
As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for:
·Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance across production equipment including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging machinery
·Breakdown Response: Reacting quickly and effectively to minimise downtime and maintain production flow
·PPM Activities: Completing scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and optimal performance
·Technical Involvement: Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (PLC experience is advantageous)

About You
·A multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a strong electrical bias
·Experienced in both planned and reactive maintenance within a fast-paced environment
·Ideally from a food manufacturing background (beneficial but not essential)
·Familiar with PLCs and continuous improvement methodologies (desirable)
·Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
