Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer Stratford-upon-Avon Monday to Friday (Days) + Call Out Rota £49,000 (inc Call Out Allowance) + Bonus & Private Health Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with Electrical skills looking for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join the team on site near Stratford-upon-Avon. You\’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the production plant through proactive maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns. Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities on time to minimise downtime. Responding quickly and efficiently to production equipment breakdowns to keep operations running. Supporting the installation and commissioning of new process equipment and system upgrades. Liaising with and supervising contractors for maintenance works and plant projects. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of all corrective and preventative maintenance work What We\’re Looking For: ·A qualified electrical engineer with proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. (Minimum Level 3 NVQ, HNC) ·Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. ·Good understanding of health & safety standards and maintenance best practices. ·A proactive, hands-on approach with strong team collaboration skills. ·Flexibility to participate in the call-out rota.
