Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician ready to bring your skills to a busy food manufacturing environment? You will be part of a skilled maintenance team responsible for keeping production lines and supporting systems in top condition. From installations and upgrades to troubleshooting and routine maintenance, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring our equipment operates safely and efficiently. No two days are the same - one day you might be fabricating or welding components, the next resolving a breakdown, or working on a continuous improvement project. Your attention to detail and safety-first approach will be key to our success.
Maintenance Engineer requirements:
- A solid background in mechanical maintenance, ideally within food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing
- Level 3 qualification or above in Mechanical Engineering (Apprenticeship, BTEC, or Diploma)
- Confident working with mechanical systems, workshop tools, and utilities
- Strong problem-solving ability and an understanding of preventative maintenance systems (CMMS)
- A team player with good communication skills who can also work independently
- Awareness of hygiene and safety standards in a food production environment
What’s on offer:
