Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the bakery team.
- Oversee daily production to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Plan production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
- Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained correctly.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Work closely with management to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a senior baking or bakery management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of artisan bread production and baking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
