Digital Print & Finishing Operator – Rushden
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 07:30 – 15:30, Monday to Friday
We are looking to recruit a Digital Print & Finishing Operator for a client based in Rushden. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced print production environment, covering the full lifecycle of printed materials – from file preparation and digital printing to finishing, packing, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
·Prepare and organise print files, checking for accuracy using Adobe software
·Operate digital printing equipment efficiently and perform routine maintenance
·Manage print media, stock, and production records
·Operate cutting, trimming, laminating, and finishing equipment
·Ensure quality control at every stage to meet customer and company standards
·Support vinyl application, silicon edging, and other finishing processes
Skills & Experience
Essential:
·Previous experience in a similar print/finishing role
·Good Maths and English (O level / GCSE or equivalent)
·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Knowledge of large-format print processes
·Commitment to health & safety standards
Desirable:
·Experience in the events industry
·Manual handling training
·Experience working at height
