Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Flexibility is required, as occasional extended hours and overnight stays may be necessary.
Overnight allowance: £25 per night
On-call rota: Once every 8 weeks, with an additional £100 payment
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and install a variety of pipework systems.
- Carry out TIG and/or MIG welding to a high standard.
- Complete off-site installation and fitting work using a company vehicle.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Be flexible to work additional hours and stay away overnight when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator / Pipe Fitter.
- Essential experience in TIG and/or MIG welding.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours and overnight travel.
