Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Salary: £48,500 (Dependent on experience and shift pattern) Contract Type: Permanent (Temporary-to-permanent opportunities also available) Shift Pattern: ·Double-day shifts (rotating early and late shifts) ·Every third weekend required as paid overtime Location: Commutable from: Wellingborough, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Corby, Kettering, Market Harborough, Leicester, Daventry, Rugby Profile: We are looking for Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers, either mechanically or electrically biased. You do not need to be fully qualified, but you must be clearly skilled and experienced in maintenance. Experience in food production, general manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG environments is highly desirable. The right candidate will have: ·A solid hands-on engineering background ·A \”can-do\” attitude and strong work ethic ·Good communication and teamwork skills ·A willingness to learn and grow with the company The Role: You will be responsible for mechanical and/or electrical maintenance on both new and existing production equipment including: ·Presses ·Conveyors ·Cutting, folding, and packaging machinery Electrical fault-finding skills are important. An understanding of PLC systems is beneficial; programming knowledge is a plus but not essential. The Company: You will be joining a leading FMCG manufacturing company that is dynamic, growing, and invested in developing its team. We are happy to support training where needed, as long as you bring the right attitude and a commitment to high standards. We currently need 3 to 4 additional engineers to support the double-day shift pattern, with the ability to work every third weekend on overtime. Considering a Career Change?
