I'm looking for a talented Quality Manager to join a leading food manufacturing business in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
- You'll lead the company's quality assurance operations, ensuring products meet the highest standards.
- Oversee the quality management system (QMS), HACCP, and internal audits.
- Manage testing schedules (microbiological, nutritional, chemical).
- Support external audits and demonstrate compliance.
- Develop the QA team and improve production teams' understanding of technical requirements.
- Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead projects to improve efficiency and resource planning across the business.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in food manufacturing in a technical or quality role.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time management.
- BSc or higher in Food Safety or related field.
- Level 3 HACCP & Internal Audit qualification.
- Experience with BRCGS and Retailers' Codes of Practice.
