PD/CDM Advisor – Health & Safety Consultancy UK-Wide | £47,000 – £58,000 We are seeking an experienced PD/CDM Advisor to join our growing consultancy team, delivering expert guidance on the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices in health & safety. The Role: Act as Principal Designer/CDM Advisor, supporting clients in meeting their CDM 2015 duties. Work closely with external Principal Designers and Clients to plan, manage, and monitor the pre-construction phase. Ensure compliance by maintaining a log of Principal Designer/CDM(A) appointments and conducting compliance sampling. Support Clients in providing pre-construction information to the Principal Designer. Monitor ongoing collaboration between the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor throughout the construction phase. Assist in compiling Health & Safety Files. Regularly attend site meetings to conduct site assessments and ensure compliance. What We\’re Looking For: ✔ Essential: NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate. Membership of IOSH or APS.
