Production Operative in Northampton

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Operative to join their busy production site in Wellingborough. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Pay & Working Hours

• £13.00 per hour
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:30
• Friday: 06:00 – 12:00 (early finish!)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery
• Packing and assembling products (manual handling/heavy lifting involved)
• Moving, stacking, and wrapping pallets ready for dispatch

• Able to carry out manual handling duties safely and effectively
• Reliable, efficient, and able to work well as part of a team
• Able to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
