The Role

This is a senior, strategy-focused position where you’ll own the PPC vision, develop scalable frameworks, and identify new opportunities for expansion. If you have experience in comparison websites and ideally gambling, casino, sports betting, or iGaming, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead PPC strategy across all markets
• Identify new verticals, geographies, and audience segments
• Develop frameworks for campaign structure and testing
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor insights
• Mentor junior PPC specialists and ensure best practices
• Oversee performance reporting and deliver actionable insights

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6+ years’ PPC experience with a strong strategic focus
• Proven success in competitive comparison sectors
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Experience mentoring junior team members

Desirable

• Gambling/iGaming PPC experience
• Knowledge of compliance (ASA, UKGC, Google Ads policies)
• International market expansion experience
