Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer required in Stratford-upon-Avon. Monday to Friday (Days) + Call Out Rota. Salary: £49,000 (including Call Out Allowance) + Bonus & Private Health.

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with Electrical skills looking for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join the team on site near Stratford-upon-Avon. You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the production plant through proactive maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities on time to minimise downtime.
  • Responding quickly and efficiently to production equipment breakdowns to keep operations running.
  • Supporting the installation and commissioning of new process equipment and system upgrades.
  • Liaising with and supervising contractors for maintenance works and plant projects.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of all corrective and preventative maintenance work.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified electrical engineer with proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (Minimum Level 3 NVQ, HNC).
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Good understanding of health & safety standards and maintenance best practices.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong team collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to participate in the call-out rota.
