Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with Electrical skills looking for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join the team on site near Stratford-upon-Avon. You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the production plant through proactive maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities on time to minimise downtime.
- Responding quickly and efficiently to production equipment breakdowns to keep operations running.
- Supporting the installation and commissioning of new process equipment and system upgrades.
- Liaising with and supervising contractors for maintenance works and plant projects.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of all corrective and preventative maintenance work.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified electrical engineer with proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (Minimum Level 3 NVQ, HNC).
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of health & safety standards and maintenance best practices.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong team collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to participate in the call-out rota.
