About the Role
We\’re looking for a Lithographic Print Assistant to join our highly skilled a friendly print team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a BRCGS AA+ certified facility with the latest technology and an outstanding reputation for quality.
You\’ll be working alongside an experienced Print Minder, supporting the set-up and production of cartons and sleeves on our Komori G40 6-colour presses with coater. Full training is provided – print experience is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Support the operation of lithographic printing presses
Assist the Print Minder with day-to-day production tasks
Prepare and organise materials ahead of print runs
Ensure all jobs are ready and production schedules are met
Help maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment
Work to industry standards and support quality compliance

What You\’ll Need
A proactive and reliable approach to work
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Some experience in a print/manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
