Are you a strategic and hands-on operations leader with a track record of driving transformation in fast-paced consultancy or agency environments? We\’re seeking an Interim Operations Transformation Lead to spearhead a high-impact programme focused on scalability, efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
·Operational Redesign: Embed a new operating model with clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
·Systems Implementation: Lead the selection and rollout of platforms across project management, finance, and resourcing.
