The Role
As Director of Consultancy, you will take the lead in managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts. You’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects while driving revenue growth. Your role will be critical in shaping the agencies strategy, developing client relationships, and maximising commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
·Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning the consultancy as a strategic partner.
·Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand client relationships and grow revenue.
·Lead high-value pitches and proposals, securing new business opportunities.
·Oversee project teams, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
