- Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical systems, with electrical and PLC fault‑finding where required.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and restore equipment efficiently.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to keep equipment at peak performance.
- Support basic electrical fault finding and troubleshooting as part of a multi‑skilled role.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
- Enhance machinery reliability through proactive servicing and maintenance.
What We're Looking For
- BTEC/ONC in Mechanical Engineering or a multi‑skilled engineering qualification
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), with electrical competency
- Time‑served apprenticeship (mechanical or multi‑skilled)
- HNC in Mechanical, Production, or Maintenance Engineering
