Key Responsibilities- Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake a variety of artisan breads and bakery products.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality.
- Monitor dough development and baking processes.
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets.
- Support colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day bakery operations.
- Help maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Previous bakery or food production experience is preferred.
- A passion for artisan baking and producing high-quality products.
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
