We have an extremely low turnover with employees being with us for 20+ years up to retirement. We are proud to have our own training facilities to enable us to provide ongoing training for our employees and bring on trainees and apprentices into the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, fault finding and maintenance of VRV, VRF, chillers, Split Systems, and AHUs
- Working on high end commercial and residential sites
- Working with a team of engineers
- Conducting routine maintenance on air conditioning systems in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and industry standards
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and carrying out repairs as necessary
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies
Requirements:
- Drivers license
- Based around the North West / North London area
- FGAS Certified / NVQ level 2 refrigeration & air conditioning
- Flexibility with start and finish times (early starts / late finishes)
- Good customer service skills
