We are an international facilities management company with over 100 years experience in the industry, currently employing over 4000 engineers. We work closely with many industries such as government, healthcare, education, retail and the aviation industry. Our services in the hard sector include electrical and mechanical maintenance, building services, fire safety, and compliance.
We are currently looking for a skilled Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As part of our expansion plans, we offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment. Your work will be across South East London working across a range of public buildings such as youth centres, libraries, care homes, and commercial & industrial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising 6-8 members of staff
- Reporting into the Ops Manager
- Managing around 50 commercial buildings
- Desk admin, timesheets, task check-ups, parts checks, etc.
- Leading a team of field-based engineers or subcontractors on jobs
- Inspecting works to ensure it is completed to a high level
Package:
- Salary: £49,000pa DOE
- 40 hour week
- 1 in 4 on call

Overtime Rates:
- Overtime Mon – Fri: 1.5 x normal hourly rate
