About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and assistance via phone, email, and web tickets. No two days are the same — you’ll be helping clients resolve a range of website and hosting queries while ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer queries via phone, email, and ticket system
- Providing first-line technical support for website and hosting-related issues
- Communicating clearly and professionally at all times
- Logging and updating support requests accurately
- Working collaboratively with the wider technical and customer success teams
