A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a respected and forward‑thinking print solutions provider. You’ll support a diverse customer base across the South West London / Surrey region working with leading MFD and print technologies. This is a great role for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being part of a supportive, technically strong service team known for high standards and a genuine customer‑first approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to service calls and completing repairs on MFDs/photocopiers
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs through cleaning, adjustment, or part replacement
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
- Installing new devices and ensuring optimal performance for customers
- Escalating complex issues and working closely with technical support teams
- Maintaining accurate service records, documentation, and customer updates
