Join a thriving Facilities Management (FM) business in an exciting in-house role as a Workplace Experience Manager, based at a prestigious London branch.  Location: Central London Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site Salary: £50,000 per annum Team Management: Leading a dedicated team of 9 About the Role: As the Workplace Experience Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of a dynamic and high-profile site, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and every team member and visitor has a positive experience. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll manage a team of 9 and champion a culture of excellence in service delivery and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming workplace experience Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 9 across various functions – Lost and found, Porterage, Event setup and post room operations Act as the main point of contact for on-site stakeholders and client engagement Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the working environment Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and internal policies Collaborate with internal departments and FM support teams for smooth service integration About You: Proven experience in a workplace, FM, hospitality, or corporate office management role Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build motivated, high-performing teams Confident communicator with stakeholder management expertise Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset Energetic, approachable, and passionate about delivering outstanding service Why Join Us?
