Are you an experienced Field Service Technician with electrical competence looking for a new challenge? We are hiring skilled Service Technicians to join our growing team, providing ‘Best in Class’ service to a diverse customer base. If you have a background in electrical or mechanical servicing and experience working with commercial warewashing or catering equipment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Install, service, and repair commercial dishwashers and warewashing equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support
- Maintain accurate service reports and follow company procedures
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve service efficiency
- Ensure first-time fix rates, response times, and customer satisfaction targets are met
What We’re Looking For:
- Electrical competence (experience with single and three-phase equipment required)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous field service experience is essential
- Experience in the warewash or catering equipment industry is highly desirable
