Package up to £45,000 pa / 40 hour week including paid lunch / 8.30-4.30 / 22 days + 8 bank holidays / Private health care / 1 in 6 on call / Travel time paid after 30mins
The Role
We have been established for over 20 years specialising in Gas, Air Conditioning and Electrical services across the UK. As a business, we are committed to looking after our employees providing them with flexibility, training, progression and a great place to work.
We are currently seeking a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer / Supervisor to work with in our West Midlands team. clients such as Student Accommodation, Councils, Airports, Offices, Gyms and Car dealerships.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnosing, maintaining and fixing faults and problems with air conditioning equipment
You will be working on VRV\’s, VRFs, Splits, AHUS, Chillers
Visting sites such as Student Accommodation, Councils, Airports, Offices, Gyms and Car dealerships.
Working closely with the operations manager
Supervise and coordinate AC technicians and daily operations
Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to standards
Diagnose technical issues and support field technicians
Manage tools, equipment, and inventory
Conduct safety checks and enforce procedures
Maintaining customer relationships Essential Qualifications / Experience:
FGAS or Equivalent
8 years experience in the industry
Driver’s Licence Package:
£35,000 – £45,000 per year
Full time/permanent position
8.30 – 4.30pm including lunch
Minus 30 mins either side
½ hour paid lunchbreak
Company vehicle (incidental personnel use) and company fuel card
