We are seeking an enthusiastic Coordinator and Scheduler to join our team in Wolverhampton, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for client communications and job requests. Schedule and allocate jobs efficiently across our team of engineers and subcontractors. Coordinate with the Contract Manager to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery. Maintain accurate records of job progress and completion using our in-house systems. Respond promptly to client queries and provide exceptional customer service. About You: Proven experience in a scheduling, coordination or administrative role – ideally within facilities management, construction or a related industry, although not essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Confident using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
