Are you an experienced Refrigeration & AC Engineer looking for a role where you’re valued, rewarded, and supported? Join our team and become part of a company with over 50 years’ experience working with pubs, restaurants, medical centres, petrol stations – and now, predominantly hospital contracts.
You’ll spend around 80% of your time on refrigeration and 20% on air conditioning, carrying out service and repair on equipment such as:

Upright & under-counter fridges/freezers
Display fridges & cold rooms
Ice machines, cellar cooling & bottle coolers
VRVs, VRFs & splits What we offer you:
Salary up to £39,520 (based on experience)
40 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
Door-to-door travel paid
1 in 6 callout rota
Overtime at x1.5 / x2
22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + your birthday off
(rising to 25 + 8 + birthday after 2 years)
Extra day off every 5 years’ service
Private medical insurance
Company van (Transit Custom / Nissan) with personal use option
Fuel card, laptop, tools, mobile phone & uniform
Sick pay
Pension scheme – starts at 4% and increases to 7% with service

FGAS qualification (essential)
NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (desirable)
Hydrocarbon qualification
