Field Service Technician - Multi-Functional Devices (Copier/MFD)

Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience in servicing and networking Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs)? We are looking for a proactive technician to join a well-established service team supporting clients across Leicestershire.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to service calls promptly and professionally, diagnosing and resolving technical faults
- Installing and networking MFDs at customer sites, ensuring full functionality and client satisfaction
- Providing user training and guidance to help customers maximise device capabilities
- Completing repairs safely and in line with manufacturer and H&S standards
- Maintaining accurate service records and using tech tools (tablet/laptop) to enhance service delivery
- Managing car/walking stock to required levels
- Supporting other service teams when needed and contributing to team meetings
- Participating in ongoing training and development, including online modules and occasional residential courses
